we had been having some financial problems for a while. especially the fact that h is not working and i am. it has been affecting our relationship and the roles we,ve taken in the relationship. at the begining we used to have sex a lot. for a couple of months now i had been restricted of touching his penis just because. unless i am planning to have sex. he wants me to be spontenuos, not to plan sex ahead. he doesnt seduce me as often as i would like. must of the time its me who wants to have sex. but i cant just say it. i have to seduce him. when im in my period he wont even touch me. not even my boobs. i miss having that desire burning from his part. i know he eis a very sexual man. cause he used to be. maybe not as often as i would like him too. but more than he is now. the financila problems take a lot of our fights and i dont want to fight over this also. how can i adress this problem? he spends most of his time with me and at school studying architecture. i know he is not cheating or gay. we've been together for a year now. we live together. he used to be married but his ex-wife cheated on him and i worry it may be because he sexually abandoned her..waht can i do?

Ancient man could move huge stones several thousand tons heavy, build monumental structures, create intricate artwork and organize complex cultures; Had advanced civil engineering, math, architecture and astrological knowledge without the known use of any sophisticated measuring equipment.
What do you think caused this jumps or skips in evolution in cultures like that of the Egyptians, Dogon Tribes, Mayans, Tiwanaku, Cusco, etc..? Or rather, what do you think could have caused these advancements, then large declines in knowledge and abilities throughout history?
I know that there are many things we have developed today that they didn't have back then, but the reverse is also true. What say you..?
The Atheist God, I asked here and there, thank you very much!

The greatest attraction is the Rajagopuram of the temple; with eleven tiers and 192" height it is one among the tallest towers of temples in Tamilnadu. It has found a fitting place in the emblem of Government of Tamilnadu. It signifies the ancient Tamil architecture; it symbolizes the age old matured culture and stands majestically as a proud tradition; and all are at one stroke. One can miss visiting Srivilliputtur; but never misses the emblem being affixed as Government’s ascent or acceptance on transactions, documents, or promulgation of orders or notifications. 3) lovely/charming streets, cute villages, hidden nooks/places?
4) specialty/unique regional cuisine/gastronomy (at places where local's eat @ local's prices (5-10USmax). Here food must be made with love, and regional favorites are specialties. Also the fewer tourists - the better.

As of now..we have enough money..but with both of our colleges costing an average of $25,000/year...we may need something to fall back on. My college is MUCH cheaper and we have decided to try to just keep paying that out of pocket..his university is EXPENSIVE...and we may have a $15,000/year balance..even after financial aid. He has 3 years left..so this is $45,000. I'm majoring in Nursing and he is majoring in architecture. We HATE to have debt. In fact, we don't have any at all..and have a teeny savings. Not bad considering we are 24, live in NYC, and both go to college full time...don't ask me how we do it...let's just say we go without and cut coupons.
Here's the thing...he has less than 6 semesters left and I would HATE for him to have to stop, due to finances, midway. Esp. because I feel his major is pretty worthy and he shouldn't have a terrible time finding a halfway decent job. I, as a nurse, shouldn't either..and could pay off his debt alone. But to be safe, we do want to take out $60,000..just as a cushion. HIs counselor suggested a Stafford Loan. How does that work? His Mom says she will loan us the money...I don't think that's a good idea..and rather do it the "legit" way..and possibly build our credit score...does this build credit? If he goes to a school that has tuition set at $36,000/year...is it reasonable to say he can take out $60,000 for the remaining 3 years?
Sorry so long! THanks

Government. The Greeks gave us the idea of democracy and the 'people's country'.
Architecture. The pillars and regal style of great American buildings such as the White House are based on the Greeks.
Literature. Homer's the Odyssey, the Iliad are classics in modern literature.
Entertainment. Comedies, tragedies are all dramas and great plays given to us by the Greeks.
Logic. Aristotle, Socrates, Plato and others gave us logic.
Other contributions in science, famous people, math, art, medicine, technology, arts, music, religion and many others.
Olympic games and popular sports such as athletics , javelin , discus , wrestling , boxing.
History. What else would we learn about in class? Greeks have a fascinating history.
Also people like King Leonidas , Alexander The Great , Homer , Socrates , Plato , Achilles and so on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any suggestion?

My German is horrific!!! I have just started my A-level course and have been asked to write a piece on results day. Please help and correct it!
I will never forget that day. I woke up at 7 and I was very tired because I had been at a music festival all weekend with my friends. I was so nervous and didnt want to wait but I had to. When I saw my results, I couldn't speak/say anything. I was shocked but so relieved. My teacher told me off because I shouted when I saw my results. My parents were so proud and my Mum cried! I have a big family and my Aunties rang me when they heard the news.
My friends and I went to Liverpool where we went to a restaurant which was nice because we don't often go to restaurants and we could have a chat.
I have chosen German because one day I want to live in Germany. I would like to live in Hamburg because there is lots of architecture and scenary such as the river Elbe.
I haven't chosen Science or Maths because I hate them. I think that communication is more important than science. After I've gotten my A-levels, I would like to study Spanish and German. One day, I would like to travel around the world and teach English in schools in Europe.

I'm a high school student trying to decide what I want in life. I love Japan, foreign cultures, and so on, as well as architecture. I plan in majoring in architecture or something, and minoring or double majoring in Japanese. Long term, I want to be an architect in Japan. So my question is if there are any good colleges in the US with a good architecture program AND a good Japanese program. Something not very expensive, and preferably (but not necessarily) in the Northern-East coast.
Also do you think my plan is a good idea?

I am taking all honors and an AP class and we are a month and one week in. I have an A in math, language arts, world history AP, spanish 2, and advanced Architecture, but I have an F in my honors chem class! Straight A's and and F!
When i checked the progress report it says I got a 89% on the only test we took, and a 92% and a 94% on the 2 quizzes we took. I do ALL my homework and labs. When i talked to my teacher about it, he said it was not a mistake and that my work was not efficient enough for him and my language and vocabulary was not sophisticated enough so he did not give me any credit for it. And on my labs (2 of them) both are worth 300 points [tests are 100] and he gave me 22 points on one and 112 on the other! I can't do it! I don't know how to fix it! I spend a lot of time on his homework now! About 3 to 4 hours everyday and now we have a research report due. we need 90 pages of research! and 20 pages of the actual report. I've gotten used to staying up 2 days in a row trying to finish, just to not recieve any fricken credit! I hate him!
Apparently, the highest grade in the class right now is a C+. I've never wished I had a C before but now i do.

What is good and bad about your city/town/ village? Are you proud or ashamed of it. I live in Chester UK, a beautiful old Roman city with wonderful architecture. A walled city, and you can still circumnavigate the city centre on the walls that were built by the Romans. The Rows are a two tear shopping system that was built in the fourteenth or fifteenth century. On the down side, the City planners seem to be hell bent on allowing luxury apartments and hotels to be built that don't fit in with the original architecture of the city. Sorry, I'm getting carried away, tell me about where you live. Is it worth a visit?
Cocia Wyn dac ye: I know most of north Wales, but your a bit vague.
Momtojason: I have been to Vancouver, loved the market on the island and the steam clock. Went to Victoria, Whistler, Bamf and Jasper, BC is great. That was in 2008.
Odlid Deighton: I do casual work at Haydock Park races. I work with a guy from Salford, he keeps telling me how wonderful it is these days. I must give it a go, can you recommend any good real ale houses?
Waves: I have never been to NZ, I heard about the earthquake on the news. I hope your problems are sorted out soon. It seems like the world and his dog wants to emigrate there from the UK.
N.I. You have given me a different perspective of your country, all we see in the west is the politics without looking at the beauty of your country. Thank you.
Starshine: I have toured the deep south and loved the people, been to Atlanta, Savanah, New Orleans, Memphis Nashville and Gattlinburg, but never New York, maybe someday. I suspect that dispite the taxes you would not want to live anywhere else. If you ever get the chance to visit Chester let me know, I would love to show you round.
Alachi Brainwidth: Wow you seem to be happy with where you live. We don't have nudie bars either, Mmm. I've got a big flat screen TV that was last on six weeks ago when my Grandchildren came to visit. I don't know I could live without lots of shop near by.
Mr Anonymous: LOL I think Manchester sucks too, but then Birmingham is not wonderful, though I'm sure you see it differently.
michael w: You are so knowledgeable about the middle east I felt sure you lived in that region, boy was I wrong. I have never been to Bulgaria, it sounds wonderful.
dhonnach: Thank you for the link, I had never heard of Rathcool and looks like an interesting Town even though its a new. I have been to Belfast and thought it a lovely city, but I could still feel to tension. My son-in-law is from Belfast, a great guy and a great ambassador for Northern Ireland.

I have not quite classified it into a genre yet. However, I believe I have come up with a pretty bright idea for a novel, but before I go writing my stories and archaic blabber. ("lol" at archaic blabber) I want to see other people's opinion on the idea. So please review. :)
During the year 2313, humanity is descending into chaos, anarchy, and eventually, its overall destruction. In addition, the planet is slowly degenerating it's atmosphere, in 30 more years, the planet's atmosphere is dated to be completely eviscerated. Now the only thing that is keeping humanity hopeful is a space travel project that is supposedly supposed to put a crew of 10 into a deep stasis and preserve their current age architecture for an extended time. Adding on, the project also involves the creation of ion engine capable of going beyond the speed of light and into the distant stars. The only thing hindering this project is time, man power, a precious commodity called money, and not to mention several "factions" willing to kill to destroy the project, calling it an "affront" to humanity's nature.
Well there's a small plot. :P As the story is complex- I thought it would be good to get the action seen from several 'eyes' including the developers of the said "project" and a group of marines warding off terrorists and protecting the compound in which the "project" is being made. I think it would be good to jump "times" lets just say and get to the launch of the project for when humanity makes its final desperate attempt at survival. So lets say part one took play in 2313, the next part would take place in 2320 then the final part nearing the last estimated years of the Earth's atmosphere.
Thanks. :P please tell me what you think. :)

I've had my own apartment here on the beach for a while now and I love it. Due to some extremely unfortunate circumstances, I'm moving back in with my parents next month. It's only 10 minutes away from the beach, but still, I'll miss being right across the street.
Anyways, I have a wide variety of styles I like. And the western/horse theme I had going on before isn't cutting it for me anymore. I'm considering a few things:
1. Beach theme- the walls would be painted a light blue and an off white. I'd put in white furniture. I think this theme might make me feel more 'at home' because this beach truly feels like my home now. And the decor might be reminiscent of this-
2. Dark Red/Orange- Orange is my favorite color by far and I'd love to be surrounded by it. I'd paint the walls a deep reddish orange and put some dark cherry wood furniture in OR put in some wrought iron furniture and give it a Mediterranean feel. I love Mediterranean architecture and decor. This picture really inspires me, particularly the wine rack on the wall, although the color of my walls would be a much more rich red/orange -

3. Retro/Car Theme- I've always thought I was born in the wrong decade. I'm 18 and have a nice vinyl collection. I'm also a HUGE car fan and when I was in high school ceramics I made some actually awesome pieces that could go into a retro room. Mostly including 57 Chevy Bel airs, 50s-2010 Corvettes (including the 70s stingray) and 60s-2010 mustangs (excluding the fox body and 90s crap stangs XD). Think -
Click Here I'd also display my record collection and maybe make a wall piece out of records. This idea just seems a little more juvenile to me and I'm not sure what colors I'd paint the walls or what furniture pieces I'd get.
Those are the ideas at the top of my list. What's your opinion?
Me calling them "crap stangs" was not at all ignorant. It's my personal opinion, and my not liking the fox bodies or the 90s mustangs doesn't make me ignorant. I'm free to express my opinion and you're free to express yours, but it's not cool to put someone down for their opinion.

I am only 14, but i still want to have an idea on what i would like to be when i got older. I always wanted to be an architect (i'm really good at drawing, computers, and i'm good at math. I know there is probably more to architecture than that but i'll learn that when i go to college). Ever since i visited New York last summer, I've always wanted to live there, but specifically in Manhattan (Upper East or West...I really don't care which one). What is the average salary that an architect makes? Would it be enough as soon as i get out of college and if i have a job before i move (as an intern !! ) I know i will have to get an apartment or whatever! I really want to move there! Please tell me what i have to do! Thanks in advance :)

I wanna be a graphic designer or interior designer but it's really competitive and you constantly get critiqeus and u don't earn well unless u are really good. I'm also considering a career in accounting or IT. I think they pay quite well, but I REALLY want a career with some aspect of designing in it, yet eArns good money. I thinking maybe architecture? My math is quite good but I hate physics or anything science. So what r some careers that have designing yet earns well?
